Got my new Camry Hybrid SE tinted today. Curtis at Monumental Workx was very helpful and completely up front with an estimation of how many customers had to come back and get their fix-it tickets address because the ticketing officer was following the letter of the law. Curtis knew the product he was selling very well and did not try to pressure me into getting a tinting product I was not looking to get. He informed be that they do carry other tint films but did not push them on me. That right there is what I call being customer oriented and not super profit oriented. All businesses are open because they want to make money but you don’t have to be pushy and aggressively sell something that is not necessarily wanted. Curtis gave me a 3 hour work estimate but he did not take that long on my vehicle at all.
The guys there also know the area businesses fairly well so that if you don’t want to wait in the small lobby/office you can go grab a bite to eat and take in a show or people watch. The price quote on the phone they gave me was the price they charged me when I got in plus sales tax which we all know we can’t avoid ever.
I will be bringing my next new vehicle to Monumental Workx. Honest and upfront staff is kind of hard to find in today’s businesses. I am glad I found a local shop that I can trust and stands by their workmanship.
